V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.

Na spletni strani FURS je objavljen seznam vseh uredb o uvrstitvi določenega blaga v kombinirano nomenklaturo, ki jih v spornih primerih sprejme Evropska komisija in so zavezujoče v vseh državah članicah EU. Za datume izplačil od 1. 1. 2024 dalje začasno onemogočena oddajo REK obrazcev, kjer je možnost obračuna OZP, 7. 12. 2023 Zaradi uveljavitve poročanja za plačilo OZP (Obveznega zdravstvenega prispevka) in s tem povezane prilagoditve informacijske podpore smo za datume izplačil od 1.1.2024 daljezačasno onemogočili oddajo REK obrazcev za naslednje vrste dohodkov: 1001, 1063, 1065, 1068, 1070, 1071, 1077, 1080, 1081, 1082, 1083, 1084, 1085, 1086, 1087, 1092, 1093, 1094, 1095, 1098, 1804, 1809, 1810 in 5550 (torej za tiste vrste dohodkov, kjer je možnost obračuna OZP). Oddaja bo ponovno omogočena predvidoma pred 31.12.2023. Testiranje na portalu beta eDavki je omogočeno tudi v času, ko je oddaja REK onemogočena. Hvala za razumevanje.
