Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih. 


Mreža modro poslovanje, na dnevnem nivoju, spremlja spremembe iz spodaj navedenih baz podatkov.

Pravočasna oddaja obračuna DDV-O

Zaradi nedelovanja sistema eDavki, danes, 30. 11. 2023, bomo obračune za DDV oddane jutri, 1. 12. 2023 upoštevali za pravočasne (ne označujete izjave "samoprijava"). 

Obveznosti za plačilo DDV pa je še vedno treba poravnati danes, 30. 11. 2023.

Načrtovana nedostopnost storitev sistema eDavki in G2G, 2. - 3. 12. 2023

Obveščamo vas, da smo nadgradnjo eDavkov zaradi težav na omrežju prestavili na soboto. Od sobote, 2. 12. 2023, od 8.00 do nedelje, 3. 12. 2023, do predvidoma 23.00, storitve sistema eDavki in G2G ne bodo delovale.

Od petka, 1. 12. 2023, od 17.00 dalje bo moteno delovanje:

- Storitve G2G – vsi servisi za preverjanje in vpis davčnih številk ter preverjanje podatkov davčnih zavezancev v zalednem sistemu eTrod in SIAIS,

- Na oddane dokumente: NF-PorObv Naročilo potrdila o poravnanih obveznostih/obvestila o dolgu in NF-PreObr – Naročilo potrdila o predloženih obračunih ne boste prejemali odgovora.

Po presoji sodišča je za določitev elektrointenzivnosti oziroma s tem povezanega prispevka bistvena količina porabljene električne energije, ki mora biti za vse končne odjemalce opredeljena enako, kar se odraža skozi končni znesek za plačilo dobavljene električne energije. V primeru, če se zavezancem za DDV za namen ugotovitve elektrointenzivnosti plačani davek ne bi upošteval, bi to posledično pomenilo, da bi morali končni odjemalci električne energije v primerjavi s tistimi, ki niso zavezanci za DDV, porabiti 22% električne energije več, da bi dosegli enako stopnjo elektrointenzivnosti.
