V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih. 


Mreža modro poslovanje, na dnevnem nivoju, spremlja spremembe iz spodaj navedenih baz podatkov.

Obveznost poročanja o dohodkov, ki se ne vštevajo oziroma se ne vštevajo v davčno osnovo do določene višine

S Pravilnikom o dostavi podatkov za odmero dohodnine je za leto 2023 uvedeno poročanje o izplačilih  dohodkov, ki se ne vštevajo oziroma se ne vštevajo v davčno osnovo do določene višine. Izplačevalci bodo morali za leto 2023 (prvič v letu 2024) poročati o izplačilih teh dohodkov v datoteki VIRDOH.DAT – Podatki o dohodkih, ki se ne vštevajo oziroma se ne vštevajo v davčno osnovo do določene višine.

Rok za oddajo datoteke VIRDOH.DAT je 31. januar tekočega leta za preteklo koledarsko leto (prvič do 31. 1. 2024 za dohodke izplačane v letu 2023).

Onemogočena oddaja obrazcev PODO-OPSV za obračunsko obdobje od januar 2024 dalje

Obveščamo vas, da trenutno ni možna oddaja obrazcev PODO-OPSVZ, PODO-OPSVL, PODO-OPSVK, PODO-OPSVP, PODO-OPSVT za obračunsko obdobje od januar 2024 dalje. Oddaja navedenih obrazcev bo ponovno možna po nadgradnji programske podpore, ki bo omogočala tudi obračun novega obveznega zdravstvenega prispevka (OZP).
