Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih. 


Mreža modro poslovanje, na dnevnem nivoju, spremlja spremembe iz spodaj navedenih baz podatkov.

Uvoz izdelkov v EU na podlagi Sporazuma o pridružitvi med EU in Ukrajino z območij ukrajinskih regij Doneck in Lugansk

Obveščamo vas, da je bilo v Uradnem listu EU C 87I, z dne 23. 2. 2022, objavljeno obvestilo uvoznikom, s katerim Evropska komisija obvešča uvoznike, da za blago, proizvedeno na območjih ukrajinskih regij Doneck in Lugansk, ki niso pod vladnim nadzorom, ali izvoženo s teh območij, niso izpolnjeni potrebni pogoji, da bi lahko carinski organi Ukrajine učinkovito upravljali in nadzirali preferencialno tarifno obravnavo, določeno v Sporazumu o pridružitvi med EU in Ukrajino.

Zato se gospodarskim subjektom iz EU svetuje, da ne zahtevajo preferencialne obravnave za uvoz v EU za nobeno blago, proizvedeno na območjih ukrajinskih regij Doneck in Lugansk, ki niso pod vladnim nadzorom, ali izvoženo s teh območij, saj sprostitev tega blaga v prosti promet v EU povzroči carinski dolg od datuma objave tega obvestila.
