V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.

Sprejeta je bila nacionalna uredba zaradi delovanja Rusije v povezavi z razmerami v Ukrajini

Obveščamo vas, da je bila v Uradnem listu RS, št. 34, z dne 11. 3. 2022, objavljena Uredba o omejevalnih ukrepih zaradi delovanja Rusije v povezavi z razmerami v Ukrajini in izvajanju uredb (EU) v zvezi s temi omejevalnimi ukrepi. Uredba med drugim določa  pristojne organe za  izdajo dovoljenj ter obveščanje o uporabi predpisanih izjem, organe  pristojne za nadzor na področju, na katero se nanašajo omejevalni ukrep ter kazenske določbe. Vsem subjektom svetujemo, da pred začetkom carinskih postopkov pridobijo potrebna dovoljenja oziroma da se v primeru dvoma posvetujejo s pristojnimi organi, ki so navedeni v 4. členu navedene uredbe.
