V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.

Uvedba novega sistema za vlaganje deklaracij za začasno hrambo (SIAIS2 – DZH) V okviru tega projekta je bilo potrebno nadgraditi podatke za obvestilo o predložitvi v skladu s podatkovnim naborom iz stolpca G3 Priloge B IU/DU in deklaracijo za začasno hrambo v skladu s podatkovnim naborom iz stolpca G4 Priloge B IU/DU. V skladu s tem so bile pripravljene funkcijske specifikacije za naročilo. Nov sistem za vlaganje deklaracij za začasno hrambo ter obveščanje o predložitvi blaga v začasno hrambo bo predvidoma uveden 1. 3. 2024. Omogočeno bo elektronsko vlaganje deklaracij za začasno hrambo z vsemi elektronskimi funkcionalnostmi, ki jih imajo drugi deklaracijski sistemi npr. SIAIS2. Omogočeno bo usklajevanje podatkov s strani deklaranta pred in po prepustitvi, omogočeno bo pošiljanje elektronskega zahtevka za izrek neveljavnosti s strani deklaranta, omogočeno bo obveščanje deklaranta o ugotovitvah kontrole itd. Na ta način bo tudi na tem področju dvignjen in digitaliziran nivo komunikacije med vložniki deklaracij in carinskim organom in s tem zagotovljen tudi učinkovitejši carinski nadzor blaga, do trenutka uvedbe enega izmed nadaljnjih carinskih postopkov.
