V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih. 


Mreža modro poslovanje, na dnevnem nivoju, spremlja spremembe iz spodaj navedenih baz podatkov.

Kombinirana nomenklatura EU (popravek pri 4421 IN 8485)

Evropska komisija je objavila popravek Kombinirane nomenklature EU, ki se nanaša na tarifni oznaki 4421 20 00 za krste iz vlaknenih plošč in 8485 80 00 za stroje za aditivno proizvodnjo in dele teh strojev, da se zagotovi enaka tarifna obravnava kot v predhodnem letu.

Kombinirana nomenklatura EU se spremeni tako, da se pri obeh tarifnih oznakah doda ločen podrazdelek, kot je določeno v Izvedbeni uredbi Komisije (EU) 2022/859 z dne 24. maja 2022 o spremembi Priloge I k Uredbi Sveta (EGS) št. 2658/87 o tarifni in statistični nomenklaturi ter skupni carinski tarifi (UL EU L 151/2022).
