Kamerun – nesodelujoča tretja država, v skladu z 31. členom uredbe št. 1005/2008

V Uradnem listu EU št.  L 8/4, z dne 11. 1. 2023, je bil objavljen Izvedbeni sklep Komisije (EU) 2023/97 z dne 5. januarja 2023 o opredelitvi Kameruna kot nesodelujoče tretje države v boju proti nezakonitemu, neprijavljenemu in nereguliranemu ribolovu, v skladu z 31. členom uredbe št. 1005/2008.

Ta sklep začne veljati 12. 1. 2023. Od tega datuma dalje ribiškim proizvodom, ulovljenim s plovili, ki plujejo pod zastavo Kamerun in jih spremlja potrdilo o ulovu, potrjeno s strani kamerunskih organov, uvoz ribiških proizvodov v EU ni dovoljen.
