Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih. 


Mreža modro poslovanje, na dnevnem nivoju, spremlja spremembe iz spodaj navedenih baz podatkov.

Obvestilo glede statusa kvalificiranosti pravil minimalnega davka za Ciper

Status pravil za minimalni davek za jurisdikcijo Ciper je:

  • Pravilo o vključitvi dohodkov (IIR) se na Cipru uporablja za poslovna leta, ki se začnejo 31. decembra 2023 ali po tem datumu.
  • Kvalificirani domači povrhnji davek (QDMTT) se na Cipru uporablja za poslovna leta, ki se začnejo 31. decembra 2024 ali po tem datumu. 

Čeprav Ciper pred rokom za oddajo informativnega obrazca za obračun (GIR) za poslovno leto 2024 (rok za poročanje je 30. junij 2026) še ne bo vključen v OECD seznam kvalificiranih jurisdikcij, to na podlagi pojasnila Evropske komisijeGB  ne vpliva na uporabo ciprskih pravil IIR za navedeno poslovno leto.

Zavezanci morajo navedena dejstva ustrezno upoštevati pri pripravi GIR za poslovno leto 2024.
