Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih. 


Mreža modro poslovanje, na dnevnem nivoju, spremlja spremembe iz spodaj navedenih baz podatkov.

Novosti na področju uvoza, izvoza in ponovnega izvoza ribiških proizvodov v/ iz EU, za katere je potrebna predložitev potrdila o ulovu in obvezna uporaba sistema CATCH

Kaj je novega v EU sistemu potrjevanja potrdil o ulovu, v skladu z Uredbo Sveta (ES) št. 1005/2008, nazadnje spremenjena s 4. členom Uredbe (EU) 2023/2842 Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta z dne 22. novembra 2023. Eno izmed bistvenih novosti uvaja obvezno uporabo sistema CATCH za EU uvoznike in izvoznike ter pristojne organe, od 10. januarja 2026 dalje.
