V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.

Kaj so pravice plačnikov davkov, kot jih razumejo v urejenih demokracijah

Kodeks pravic plačnikov davkov (KPPD) iz tega sestavka je predlog kodeksa, ki ga je avtor pripravil tudi za Zbornico davčnih svetovalcev Slovenije in bi lahko predstavlja osnovo za uveljavitev kodeksa pri nas.

Predlog povzema dobre rešitve iz Kanade, Nemčije, Nizozemske in drugih sodobnih demokracij ter je skladen s priporočili OECD in EU na področju uveljavitve KODEKSOV. Poglejmo katere pravice varuje kodeks in zakaj je varovanje pravic pomembno za celotno državo.
