V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.

Pojasnjevalne opombe kombinirane nomenklature EU (živalske kosti)

Pojasnjevalne opombe KN k tarifni številki 0206 se spremenijo tako, da se vstavi novi drugi odstavek s pojasnjevalno opombo za uvrščanje živalskih kosti, kot je določeno v spremembi Pojasnjevalnih opomb KN (UL EU C/2024/1012).

Spremembe pojasnjevalnih opomb KN so objavljene na spletni strani FURS.

Pojasnjevalne opombe kombinirane nomenklature EU (vsebnost maščobe)

Pojasnjevalne opombe KN k tarifnima podštevilkama 2306 90 11 in 2306 90 19 se spremenijo tako, da se dosedanji drugi odstavek nadomesti z besedilom nove pojasnjevalne opombe za določanje vsebnosti maščob, kot je določeno v spremembi Pojasnjevalnih opomb KN (UL EU C/2024/1013).

Spremembe pojasnjevalnih opomb KN so objavljene na spletni strani FURS.

Predložitev poročila CBAM po izteku roka za predložitev 31. 1. 2024

Obvestilo Evropske komisije v zvezi s tehničnimi težavami v Portalu CBAM GBGlede na zgornje obvestilo Komisije, svetujemo, da uporabite opcijo »Request delayed submission« in predložite poročilo čimprej po zamujenem roku za predložitev.Vse poročajoče deklarante, ki poročate za uvoženo blago s tarifno oznako »2716 00 00 Električna energija«, obveščamo, da je konec tedna predvidena nadgradnja aplikacije, ki naj bi popravila nepravilen prikaz polj v poročilu: »Emission factor« in Total embedded emissions of electricity imported«.Za vsebinska vprašanja glede izpolnjevanja obveznosti CBAM, se lahko obrnete na e-naslov cbam.fu(at)gov.si in za tehnično pomoč na: Sektor za centralno pomoč uporabnikom sd.fu(at)gov.si, tel.: 05 297 68 00.Na spletni strani Evropske komisije o mehanizmu za ogljično prilagoditev na mejah, so objavljene vse informacije o CBAM, ki se tudi redno posodabljajo. Moteno delovanje storitev sistema eDavki in G2G, 1. 2. 2024

V četrtek, 1. 2. 2024, od 18.00 do 20.00 bo moteno delovanje storitev sistema eDavki in G2G.  Moteno delovanje bo zaradi nadgradnje na Registru davčnih zavezancev.

Nedostopni bodo vsi servisi za preverjanje in vpis davčnih številk ter preverjanje podatkov davčnih zavezancev v zalednem sistemu eTrod in SIAIS.

Nedostopnost Registra davčnih zavezancev bo med drugim onemogočala oddajo spodnjih dokumentov prek eDavkov:
• REK obrazci;
• OPSV obrazci;
• PNiPD;
• PD-O, VIES-KP, DDV-P2, DDV-P3;
• DDPO IN DDD-DDD;
• PODO;
• NF-PrevZav;
• Doh-Don.
